My experiences at Pet Medical Center of Las Vegas have all been wonderful. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and really care about the animals/pets they see day to day. Always greeted with a warm smile and staff give my dog a warm welcome. Dr. Yates is terrific! She is knowledge, a good listener, thorough and is always happy to see my dog. Dr. Yates is quick to call with lab results and vet technicians call to check on my dog after her surgery. Hands down one of the best vet offices in Las Vegas!

Before we made an appointment, my sister called twice explaining the situation of our dog and that all we needed was an X-ray. This was 3 days before the appointment, and the lady told us twice that it would be $140. We already had a physical check at another location but wanted a second opinion with x-rays. Today we went in, and did his whole history and did a small physical exam. They then suggested things we really didn't need and tried billing us $500. I kept telling them just the x-ray and they still wanted $230. These people don't care about your dog, they just want to add as much bullshit on the bill to get your money. With the physical, all they did was tell us our dog's shit was a little hard and to eat pumpkin. hanks for the shit observation. I'm not an idiot, I have two big dogs and a small one. I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs. This is the worst place ever. They do minimum work for too high of a price. Oh and they gave us a fact sheet on what we already knew which cost 54$ for this when its common knowledge and all over the internet. THEY LIED and their DISHONESTY just lost my business. The vet I went to a few days before, only charged $42 and they were an emergency clinic. They helped us as much as they could and cared about your dog. Pet medical center looks for gullible people that will pay for whatever they say which is all bull crap. Your going to waste your time, money and gas.

Everyone at Pet Medical Center is very friendly and compassionate. And I really appreciate that they take the crate back out to the car for me. At my age, it is very difficult to carry a 20+ pound cat... AND the crate! I know that my cat is in the best of hands. I'm actually convinced that he LIKES it there, since he only complains during the car ride, and says nothing once he's inside the center. Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of him!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Jennifer Yates and her ENTIRE staff at Pet Medical Center. We have had several pet "emergencies" from a dog with a rattlesnake bite to a dog that required long term care and monitoring. EVERY visit to Pet Medical Center (and there have been many!) has been a positive experience. The entire staff is friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond the bar of excellence to help out their patients. Our pets could NOT be in better hands and the Watson family is grateful!!!!!!

Pet Medical Center of Las Vegas is one of the best veterinarian practices you can find. Not only are their staff absolutely wonderful, but they have been providing excellent care to my family's pets for several years. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I have been very pleased and would highly recommend them. Thank you Pet Medical Center for all you have done!
