Took our cat in which had fallen from our garage and had appeared to by in a bit of pain. X-rays were taken, and we were told that he would need to stay overnight as it looked pretty bad. A couple of hours after leaving him, the Vet called back asking for permission to put him down if things didn't improve, and that it appeared he had a broken back. After a very nervous night, we were called in the morning asking us to come in to say goodbye as they were about to put him down. We dropped everything and raced in, only to be told that we could take him home as there only appeared to be some bruising around the ribs. It turns out that all along, they were mistaking the X-rays taken for a small dog that had been hit by a car for our cat. A DOG. We were charged well over $1100 for our cat to be held overnight simply for some bruising around the ribs because they had mixed up the X-rays. In return, we received no apology, no discount offered, nothing. An exhausting emotional roller coaster simply due to a stuff up. Will never return.
