AVOID. DISHONEST SHYSTERS. After lengthy conversations detailing all the requirements needed to be satisfied in order to enroll my then 10 week old puppy, I had organised a C5 vaccine and was reassured that I wouldn't have a problem booking her in once it was all done. Came back with all the paperwork and she was still under the 14 week cut off. I was then told no, class is full, not our problem. The next available class she would be too old for which was also not their problem. You are forced to jump through fire for these guys only to have them tell you that you are the ugliest burn victim they have ever met. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
All the staff here are wonderful. When it came time to give my old dog his wings a vet and nurse came to my house to help him on the way and even organised Pets at Peace to attend. Once after that my car broke down in Bateman's Bay and it looked like I was going to be stranded overnight. I rang to see if they knew of anybody who could feed my dog for me if I was to be stranded. More than that, the vet nurse offered to pick him up and take him home to her place for the night if needed!!! The vets and staff here go out of their way to care for both their furry and human clients. I can't recommend them highy enough!
Great vet service. Took the dog for training classes and desexing, and good experiences all round. Fantastic reception staff, very friendly, plus a text msg reminder for our booking, with instructions, which was perfect. Water bowl outside for thirsty pooches too. :)
Not happy at all. The web site gives the impression of a great experience for families and their pets. On my first visit they messed up a booking for dog training, which resulted in us not being able to get any training for 3 months. It took three weeks to get an unsatisfactory response, and then only when I actually chased them down. Three weeks into the training we were told that we could have gone along anyway. Clerical errors in medical facilities can be disastrous, they were lucky to have just lost a customer.
I have 2 rabbits and have been taking them there for 3 years. They did a wonderful job desexing my male rabbit and the after-operation care was fantastic. The annual check-ups were thorough and emergency care was amazing. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone with rabbits.
