Great Service, welcoming staff & Bear loved the extra treats and attention.
Never actually seen the Vet here, always a helper who deals with the customer. The helpers are doing their best, but always give you a "rough quote", prices always work out more than the top end of the quoted price. Always! Feels like a money grab as often the "extra" little things they do, are things that we could have done with self administered treatments at 1/2 the price. We don't need a vets helper to put a drop of flee treatment on the neck at double the price we could do it, when we did not ask for it to be done in the first place.
