Belinda the vet is amazing. Took great care of my two golden retrievers.

very bad customer skill!!!! very bad reciption!!!!! people !! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! They do not treat your pet well!!!!!!!! they do not answer you any questions through the phone!!! they just want you to go to their clinic !! no matter ur pet is ill or well! they charge you!!!! I sware BASS HILL VET is the worst vet I have ever seen in Australia!!!! very very bad communication skill!!!! fuking bad people there!

AS fabulous vet. We have lived in the area for over 10 years and will only take our animals to this vet, as we have had bad experiences with others. The staff are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. The customers service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I cannot understand why rainliu would give such a bad rating, like I said I have dealt with them for a long time and have never encountered anything that he/she has mentioned. Sounds like sour grapes to me or perhaps he/she works for or is related to another vet.

I would like to say that Bass Hill Vet is in my opinion the best vet in Sydney. I travel over an hour to get there. They have excellent staff and all the latest diagnostic equipment. They have helped my animals on many occasions. I am so grateful to their caring and compassionate staff. I have been going there for over 25 years. I wouldn't dream of taking my beloved animals anywhere else.

I just moved to Bass Hill and was happy to find these guys as they fit me in at short notice last week and saved me a long drive back to my old vet. Great service especially in an emergency situation and I dare say my accident prone dog will be back to say hello soon. Thanks again for dropping everything and he's recovering well. Ben
