Whilst the front of counter staff are pleasant, the vet we dealt with was less than pleasing. Not only did it not sound like she didn't know what she was talking about (She said "ummm" more than anything else), but she did a series of tests on our puppy without speaking to us about them first and then expected us to pay for it. We didn't, and won't be going back.

First time at the Animal Hospital amazingly well cared for by the staff and kept us in the loop at all times. Great services.

Well I would stay away from this vet clinic. They only seems to be concerned about getting as much money as possible without actually solving the main problem. Found an allergy in my dog and recommended full set of expensive tests for allergies instead of treating bacterial infection in my dog's ears. Only go to this place if you know what you need. For all other questions we always go Vineyard vet hospital - well worth the trip.
