We had our dog put down at this vet. We paid for the cremation service they offer with the urn of ashes to be received within a week or so. In the end it took over tow months for us to receive the ashes. When asking about the delay I was treated extremely rudely by the owners son. When asking other members of staff about the delay they could not give me an explanation. Sadly this vet failed, will never visit again.
