This vet is disgusting and unorganised. Firstly I was referred by another vet who mentioned this vet had special interest in parrots as I wanted to make sure to only take my beautiful eclectus to the best. I made sure I made the appointment 10 days prior. First impressions - the place was filthy. Upon arrival to our appointment the rude receptionist had no record of my appointment and asks me if I'm sure that this is the right place as though there are many other vets around. She was so rude that I began to question their professionalism. Due to their stupid mistake of not having a record of my appointment we had to wait 2 HOURS and after that we didn't even see the vet with whom I made the booking for !! Finally when it was our turn they took us in to see a nurse who then cut my Eclectus' nail too short and it began to bleed everywhere! I took my parrot in to see a vet for his nails and a general well-being check and ended up with a bloodied up and delirious parrot. Mind you - my eclectus is a very tame well mannered boy. He has been in so much pain and can't walk properly and it has been 3 days now. They then had the nerve to hit me up with a $100 fee and I didn't even get to see the actual VET! Most disgusting experience I've ever had with a vet and I will NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.
