Fantastic kennels Barbara and Max along with their amazing staff need to be highly commended for running such a professional business where the welfare of all the animals is paramount to them.....Our two little dogs absolutely love going to Barbara's which makes life much easier for us when going away. We know they are extremely well cared for and happy. One dog has major health issues and is on medication, but that has never been a problem. Barbara is more than happy to give the dogs any treatment required. Her business hours are very fair and well signed at the gate at the front of the property. Should there be an unavoidable problem with late pick up, and Barbara was given notice, she would be all too pleased to help out. Some people are never happy, and I believe this is the reflection of the last reviewer because this is not a fair portrayal of this business at all.I believe you would be very hard pressed to find more dedicated, friendly,caring people than Barbara, Max and their wonderful staff. Our dogs excitement on arrival to the kennels vouch for that. Top marks from me.

Good kennel. Bad owner. Barbara is quite unpleasant. Use this kennel if you have to and there are no other options. On day of arrival there was no welcome. Just give me the dogs and see you in 4 days. And I was told to carefully read the hours they're open for dog pickups. Think it's 2hrs each morning and 3hrs each afternoon. So 4 days later I arrived at 5.17pm. Big mistake! Gates closed at 5pm. And I had to get back to Sydney with the dogs - a 4hr drive. So I phoned as I'm sitting outside the gate. Barbara says "I'm in the bath and can't come out". And I say well I want my dog and sorry for being late etc etc. Finally Barbara comes out, advises there's a late pickup fee plus she's already charged me an extra night because I'm picking up in the afternoon. Basically pay-up and shut-up. I don't recommend this place unless you're really stuck and have no other options. The dogs seemed happy enough although they ate big-time when they got home so I'm not sure how well fed they were.
