The staff here are very kind and caring and you can tell they are all animal lovers. They seem to be open all the time and I went on a public holiday one time and although it was busy the vet and nurses took the time to help me and my dog. They have all the equipment needed so my dog's blood tests were run straight away and he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. The vets, who are all experienced and seemed to be very knowledgeable, helped and showed they cared. you can tell this is a top notch vet hospital and is so well equipped and run by a caring and considerate team that I was very confident.

This place is not good. They make you wait for a long time because they don't take appointments - I'm fine with a walk-in system, but they don't allocate spots based on when you come in, they pick and choose who to see first. They misdiagnosed my kitten with ringworm and the only thing that ended up wrong with his skin was the fact that I was using a cream on him that was unnecessary and he got annoyed! They are also VERY keen to upsell and make lots of money. My last (and definitely will be my last) experience was on a public holiday when my kitten's paw was bleeding profusely, we waited just under an hour with no pets in front of us and they took two walk ins before us, and then they charged us $300 for some antibiotics for what they said was an abscess. He has no pus or anything and they didn't properly drain it or clear it so he will have to go in to our normal vet again to get it all cleared up and looked at. Hopefully he doesn't develop sepsis. I was a little astounded by how little empathy they showed as well - I was very upset about his bleeding paw and the woman told me in no uncertain terms to "get over it" and then told me I wasn't feeding him enough. Very poor!!

I took my puppy there for GROOMING and they cut his flesh under his arm. They called me and let me know that my puppy is ready to be picked up and he had a very small cut on his skin. When I arrived there they said it is just his skin and he is absolutely fine. When I got there they again said that it is just his skin and he is fine then immediately asked me to pay $61 for grooming before they letting me to see him and with No apologies. They put a glue on his wound so I could not see how deep/bad was his wound . So I drove back home. every day his wound just got worse and worse and the glue went off. His wound was so deep and his flesh was completely cut off. The wound with this deep should has been stitched. Finally after 3 days it seems his wound had infection so I called them back. They said you can bring him in so our Vet will have a look. The Vet advised some medication for his wound . She said you need to apply Betadine every day to his wound with a cream. I said, ok do you have some Betadine in your Hospital so I can take now, she said yes but it's very expensive , better to buy it from someone else. (They injured my puppy and instead of apologies and trying to help in his recovery/medication are worried about the cost of Grooming and Betadine. It's such a shame . ) My poor puppy has had Elizabeth collar for more than a week now and his wound has not been completely heeled yet.

During the routine vaccination of my cat the doctor was really kind and careful. I appreciate the excellent care my pet received there.
