I have been going to Forest Vets for Nine years and wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are the best! Hands down, they are honest conservative and practical, but don't come to them if you want some sugar coated service that makes you feel good, but bears no relation to your animals wellbeing! The staff here are very caring and professional.

As to the other review....So maybe a new receptionist answered the phone and she didn't understand you? Give me a break. I work in customer service, the customer might always be right but boy can you be difficult to understand at times. ANYWAY... I have been going to Forest Vets for Eight years and wouldn't go anywhere else. This IS THE BEST Vets I've EVER EVER found. We have dogs, cats and birds. We have Boxers and they are KNOWN to be complicated medically. The staff here are AMAZING!!!!!! VERY VERY caring and professional.

We have been going to see Russell and Mary with our pets for over 15 years! Friendly and professional - understanding of needs and feelings, and quite reasonable charges, especially if treatment is on-going for something cronic. Can do Xray, ultrasound and some pathology on-site to save time and costs. Diagnosis has been always correct. Highly recommended. A+++

I rang 3 vets in the area to compare the price for F3 vaccination for my cats. The girl who answered the call said to me "so is this your third vaccination? What does 3 stand for?". All the other vets knew what "F3" vaccination was, so it was quite concerning to hear her ask me that question! Naturally I went along with another vet.
