Should have believed the reviews, my cat and dog were seriously traumatized when I picked them up, the cat smelt like cat wee, and the dog has very bad diahhroea and she is still not barking properly after 2 days..... will now need to take her to the vet. Please reconsider before putting your animals here.

Agree with previous review.. Staff too keen to on-sell rather than take care of your loved ones.. These guys should just open up a macdonalds somewhere.. take your pet to a different set up!.. My experience is taking my dog in to get sold the fact that a 6 month old will benefit from training.. I highlighted what areas i wanted to focus on (as per staff #2 on front desk request).. The company then pocketed my money and did absalutely NO training.. ADDITIONALLY, my dog came back a mess!.. It got kennel cough whilst boarded..
