Outstanding service. Kind and extremely knowledgable. Calm and confident with our dog. Clean modern shop with a good range of pet supplies with easy street parking nearby. Admin staff are also friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
Our dog was recently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. He saw Catriona who was so gentle and kind and treated him quickly and correctly. They even followed up with a telephone call to check how he was going a week later. Also the nurses are so helpful and always make you feel welcome.
