I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anybody who cares about their furry friends. I visited the clinic to have my dog treated for mastitis, however I ended up having my poor dog thrown onto the examination table by the skin on her back (she weighs over 30kgs), she was so petrified that she urinated all over the clinic. Then the vet tried to DESEX my pregnant dog! I have taken appropriate measures to report this clinic for serious misconduct and animal abuse.

The vet takes Short cuts and in my opinion he is in-humane which is odd considering he is a vet. Ended up at the vet board in court over my dog. It's a long story...

Great, I live a while a way but it is worth the drive. Experienced vet, wasn't worried about leaving my dog in his hands! Would recommend to anyone!

I went in to have my cat disexed, i called as well they were very rude, unprofessional, although the vet knew exactly everything i needed to know i was comfortable to let her stay the night and go through with the procedure, i went there to pick her up the next day at 6.20pm and they were closed. I beeped, rang the door bell and called, there was no answer. Before i left her in there they specifically told me they closed at 7pm and they knew what time i would be in to pick her up. Once the cat was ready they could have called to let me know everything went fine and i could come to get her. I'm am not happy with the service and the way they have dealt with the situation. I will not be coming back and will not be giving them a good review to whoever asks me.
