This has to be the most unprofessional outfit I have ever seen in any industry. Staff were extremely rude, disorganised and dishonest. They quoted one price upon dropping the cat off and upon pickup they have doubled the initial quote with no advice given or mention of it. When I explain that the last time we were here for the same thing and that I was quoted a price yesterday (which they checked the record for mind you) their answer was "either we undercharged or your lying" WOW just WOW! To make matters worse my cat was there over night and she came back starving. Dont take your pet here!!!

We have been taking our cat Sufi to petVets for the past 7 years and our dog Toby for the past two years. A couple of months ago Toby had a bad case of colitis and was passing blood. This freaked me out and I was able to speak to James who was patient and reassuring. I was even able to use my iPhone to take some rather unpleasant photos of the little mess that Toby left behind. I sent the photos to James and he was able to make a immediate assessment. I appreciated that he was able to think outside the 'box'. I would thoroughly recommend petVets as they are friendly professional and simply take good care of our pets.
