This place is so great my puppy will drag me in there if we walk past just so she can say hi to the staff. You can tell they really do care about the animals there which makes them feel more relaxed and comfortable about being checked out which makes me feel better. They're open till 7 on week days which is a big bonus if you work and it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment the same day you call.

Took my new kitten here for her first check up and the vet was very thorough. A word of warning though, it can be a little more expensive than expected. The vet did an ear swab for ear lice, and charged us approx $65aud for the pleasure. Had I known it was going to be that much, I would have said don't bother as the kitten didn't have any ear muck, and the drops we put on her would have killed them anyway. Was it really needed? i didn't think so. Overall I would recommend as I would prefer the vet to be thorough and expensive rather than lazy and cheap, as it means the animal is getting the best attention. Next time however I will research what is needed prior to visiting, so I don't get caught out with 'nice-to-dos'. They do have a good selection of toys and food available for purchase.

Great, friendly staff, excellent treatment of our dog. Highly recommended!! The only problem is the slippery floors, which had our dog slipping and sliding around like Bambi on the ice.
