If I could give this business a zero, I would!! I picked my cat up from their cattery this morning to find he smelt of urine. His cat carrier which was placed in his cage was soiled and soaked in urine and clearly hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. Their excuse was that he (our cat) had pulled his bed from his box and it had landed in his litter tray - what rubbish!! He'd clearly poo'd on it more than once and no one bothered to clean it. I'm absolutely disgusted by these so called 'cat lovers'. He lost so much weight that his hip bones are now visible which definitely wasn't the case when we dropped him off. Thank goodness he was only in there for 6 days - who knows what state he would've been in if he stayed for even 1 day longer. We'll never ever be going back there again!
