Dr Jim Thompson and his staff are highly professional and caring. The practice is clean and well designed to cater for all types of vet needs. They have looked after our family pets for years with compassion and kindness.

Professional and caring. Followed up our dog's surgery with several calls to ensure everyone was going well. Upfront about costs and came in slightly under what was quoted so no surprises either.
