This surgery is extremely helpful in assisting my poor puppy after he had been attacked by a Rottweiler, they were compassionate and understanding and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options and understood my financial situation. They took him for overnight observation and surgery to repair the wounds and he made a full recovery with little scaring and also included 2 free check ups after his surgery. The reception were very polite and helpful. i would highly recommend Dr. Tilley.

i recently came in with a lost beagle to see if it was micro-chipped. it was micro-chipped, however, the place was very busy and the receptionist (a 15 year old girl) did not immediately contact the owner. i ended up leaving the dog with the vets as she was flea ridden and was physically very ill. i left my details with the receptionist who assured me that i would be contacted regardless of the outcome. to my dismay i was never contacted and have recently been informed that the beagle is now at the Renbury Farm Shelter - this was only after speaking to another receptionist who was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. i am so disappointed with the way the reception staff handled this situation. i imagine compassion towards helping animals is somewhat a requirement to work in a veterinary hospital. on another note, my vet is the Great Western Animal Hospital - the entire staff (receptionists, nurses and vets) are wonderful, knowledgeable and provide great services.
