There are vets, and there are animal loving vets. The guys here are the second ones, and they always show an interest in what you (the owner) has to say, not just jumping to conclusions (and think that you know nothing). Not only are they loving and caring towards our pets, they are also patient in teaching and demonstrating technique that we need to know such as how to apply a worming pill to our cats. Never in a hurry, and there is never a stupid question. This is no longer my 'local' vet but I am willing to drive the slightly longer distance to see them, because the 'local' one doesn't show the same attitude as them. Highly recommended.
