The worst and possibly most insulting service experience in my 38 years. Lack of knowledge from the Vet (Charlene) and inability to provide basic advice on my dogs needs, provided me with options as an end result without providing me with any sort of conclusion, just vague statements. I will never return to this vet nor recommend it to anyone I encounter. Absolutely abhorrent service and product. When a complaint was lodged with the Principal (Peter MacKenzie Wood) advising of the issues I experienced his response was arrogant and rude quoting "we expect more from our clients" in his email reply. Disgusting.

I put my cat “Sabre” in their cat boarding facility as a test for a week, before I board her for 2 months later in the year. I was so happy to hear she went well, and got lots of cuddles. I will have no hesitation to board her with your company later in the year. They also did a full check-up, ensured all my microchip details were current. This is very important to me because this animal is a rescue cat that didn’t have the best start to life. – Thanks to the team!

I bought my dog into these guys and they virtually bought her back to life- she had eaten something in the park and looked like she was going to die. The nurses are wonderful and Pete was great, he can come off as a bit arrogant but he knows his stuff. Highly recommended

Took in an injured wild possum and these guys were were willing to take it. Very compassionate and caring.

The guys here are great. They are dedicated and really care. They are so good that other vets have emulated how they run their clinic elsewhere.
