I am really interested in why Danika is so down on the surgery. I have been a client there since 1989 and have found Dr Alan and the staff there nothing but professional. They have helped us through many harrowing experiences with our animals, always kindly. I am not sure if Danika has ever actually been in the surgery or if she is just one of those internet trolls. Anyway all of my experiences, even the sad ones have been positive. Thanks Albion Vet Surgery.

The vet does not care about animals. Only bad things to say, similar to below comments. Nasty man.

I have been to this vet surgery on many occasions, I have found the staff to be warm and friendly each and every time I have been there with my pets. Dr Alan is fantastic he takes the time to discuss any problems my little ones might have and is so caring. The nurses that work there are great and I am always greeted with a smile. I love the $5.50 dog wash on Saturdays. I have found their prices to be fair and the service I have received has been second to none.

I took my dog and cat to the Vet for desexing. We were advised to drop our pets off at 8am and the vet opened late. No apology for opening late on a weekday and seem annoyed that we had arrived on time. The vet was cold and unwelcoming and if I hadn't withheld food from my labrador for 12 hours (with his Labrador puppy eyes) I would have left because of the reception we received. The Vet assumed that we did not give our cat Revolution (which we do) and that he was not vaccinated (he is). He was unwelcoming and uncaring. I did not catch his name. The vet nurse who was there was very kind and seemed to really care about our pets. On pickup we were advised by the receptionish to bring the dog back in 10 days with no discussion about what to look out for or anything. We were not advised that it is a requirement to have our pets ears tattoo'ed. So when we got home it was an unexpected suprise. I can understand that it is by law but as this is the first time we have owned pets in Australia it would have been nice to be advised of this during the inital meeting. When we brought our dog back to have his stitches removed we saw Jeff who was very nice and advised that our dogs stitches were too tight. He was gentle in removing the stitches and seemed to really like our dog. Based on reviews on other sites we will now be going to the Vet clinic on Chalk street - Just up the road. If you want your pet treated with love and care I recommend avoiding this vet.

Vet was rude did not really care - just wanted to get as much $$ from us for little service, Vet was grumpy Rude and miserable, staff did not care/ show interest - would not recomend this to anyone - our experience was awfull - speaking to other pet owners in the area - they have had similar bad experiences - don't waste your money here - go to the top of McLennan St and see the vet on Chalk St instead - better service price and better care for your loved pet
