Drove up the drive way as they were closing, I had a dog that I found on busy Ashmore Rd that needed medical attention straight away, but I was turned away! told they are closed and to go to the Pound! PATHETIC! it was 4.10pm on a Saturday when clearly states on the internet that they close at 5pm. Seriously your meant to look after animals! I was so upset I couldn't believe she turned me away. Called Carrara vets which took us in straight away. Like to see you get turned away at a hospital if you where lost and injured!

It was great to find that Vetcall at Ashmore has opened up a dedicated area just for cats. There were no dogs and it was very quiet and peaceful. My cat has never been so relaxed at the vets before! Service was fantastic.
