Groomer and vet lovely - kind, friendly and pleasant. The Practice Manager at the front desk however invariably addresses customers as if they are mad or stupid or both. I put up with her supercilious, rude and deeply unhelpful attitude for the last time today. They have just lost a customer for both grooming and veterinary services.
Wonderful caring staff. Always busy, but still had time to explain things to me.
Absolutely appalling management and customer service - Not recommended at all!
