I would like to say my recent experience at Castelan Kennels for my 10year old staffy was excellent. The staff were kind and caring and very obliging. I would be happy to recommend these kennels to anyone who loves their dog and wants to ensure they are well cared for whilst they are away. A credit to Lance and Helen for a professional service.

We've used Castelan to board our two boxers on several occasions now and will continue to do so. We feel very relaxed leaving our dogs with them each time we're away. Helen and Lance clearly know their stuff and run a proper kennel facility. We had used several kennels in New Zealand (before relocating here) and our dogs were never relaxed, they wouldn't eat and they'd be quite anxious when we picked them up. When we leave them with Castelan they don't even look back. They happily leave us behind when Lance takes them to their kennels, and when we come to pick them up they're so relaxed. I highly recommend Castelan as a long or short term boarding kennel for your dog(s).

I have been taking my staffies to Castelan for about 3 years now. I am extremely happy with the service from them. One of my staffies has had skin allergies in the past and they are more than happy for me to bring my own food along and feed it to her at no extra cost. And they always smell so nice when I pick them up! Highly recommend this kennel.

I was so pleased with the services provided by Castelan Kennels. I left my two year old Pomeranian with the safe hands of Castelan. The kennels were so clean and the staff loved what they are doing. When I came back from the overseas trip my dog looked so happy and energetic. That proved that they offered a great service for your dog.

Pet Motel after my vet refered them to me, and so was my labrador. I could tell from the moment I drove in to the dog boarding kennel that they were caring & professional from the beautiful gardens and the lovely reception, it looked and felt like a nice place. My labrador Shandy loves this place he has been there a couple of times now. He has so much energy he wears us out. Last time he came home knackered from all the playing and running around, I can tell he had a wonderful time.
