My dogs have dietary needs witch was stated and confirmed upon booking and checking them in I provided a Brand New Unopened Bag of Prescription Dog Food. They where NOT fed this food as once collected they looked washed out and lethargic that afternoon they started throwing up everything it smelt like Chum or Pedigree Food NOT there own. Once home we opened there bag and the food wasn't in there either so not only did they NOT give my dogs there own Food but THEY kept it for themselves. (They only stayed 1 week and are a small breed)

5 stars jazari pet resort is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my three dogs ,while im away,,they always come out happy and smelling beautiful :):):)

We recently asked Jazari to take care of our family pets, "Chocky" (a chocolate brown male labrador), and Isabella (black cat), while we went on holidays over Christmas. We phoned last minute and were welcome to drop them off even though very little notice was given. At the end of our holiday, we extended their stay by a day to allow time to unpack and settle in back home. Choc came back clean, happy and relaxed. And Isabella hardly noticed she'd been away. We are very impressed by the service, availability and handling of them both. Thank you Jazari, highly recommended!

I put my dogs into kennels for the first ever. I was very pleased with how helpful Samantha and her team were. I really appreciate how well they looked after my dogs. I would recommend Jazari Pet Resort to anyone and was so relieved to know my dogs were in safe,caring and kind hands :-) Thank you again
