I found the Grange Vet Surgery to be very professional. The staff show excellent customer service and truly care about you and your pet. Pricing is very reasonable and I would definitely go back again. I would be more than happy to recommend the Grange Vet Surgery to all my family and friends.

Thanks to the Grange Vet Surgery for all the help they gave me on Xmas Eve. My dog, Bella was really sick with a bleeding bowel. Dr Paul came in very early in the morning to see her as I could not afford to take her to an emergency clinic. By the afternoon she had made a miraculous recovery and I was able to take her home for Xmas. The cost was more than reasonable and she is now back to normal. Thanks to the Kathy, Rachael, Amy and all the wonderful staff. Please keep up your good work saving our little friends :-)

Amazing clinic! During my puppies first consultation, Dr Paul advised me that a rash on her belly is most likely caused by seasonal allergies. A simple treatment means she is no longer scratching, biting and licking all the time and no more red inflamed belly! She seems a lot more comfortable, which makes us both happy. Dr Paul and the nurses working were also able to advise me on a treatment schedule for vaccinations, flea, tick and worm prevention along with her recommended nutritional requirements. Great clinic, very happy owner and pet.

Completely unprofessional and a waste of time! Quoted one price on the phone and was thorough to receive all information - had everything written down. Book the appointment, go in and confirm pricing - completely different. Wasted 45mins travel there and 45mins back, not to mention unnecessary stress on my dog. No compensation or discount for our troubles offered for THEIR stuff up. Need to sort out their staff and make sure they are all on the same page and not misleading anyone else. Can't expect to run a successful business this way. Definitely not touching my dog

Very happy with the service provided by Dr Paul and his team! My son's guinea pig wasn't looking all too well, so we took him to see Paul. Turns out little Baxter is actually a girl, and was pregnant (try explaining how a brother and sister can have babies to a 9 year old)!! After waiting out the remainder of the pregnancy, we returned to Paul for a cesarean, and went home that afternoon with 3 more guinea pigs! Wonderful, and incredibly knowledgable staff; would highly recommend!
