By far the worsr customer service ive received at a pet store. First waiting 15min by the fish to buy some. The Lady is talking to a man and then walks off only to come back a couple of mins later to serve people that just walked in. Then we go to pay for some pet food and a lady cuts in line from the other direction and they served her. Not to mention the slow processing at the checkouts and problems with an item i was purchasing being incorrectly ticketed. I have given them 1 star as they did give it to me at the ticketed price after mentioning my dissapointment in their service. I will not be going back there for my pet care again!

Fantastic store, fantastic range, friendly staff. What more could you want?
