Best kennels on the coast. I have a dog and cats and all of them have stayed at Maroochy Boarding Kennels. My little cat was straight out of a pound and very scared and the caring team at the Kennels looked after her so well. Recommend MBK to everyone on the Sunshine Coast and anyone who is visiting.

I found the staff exceptionally rude when I requested info to pay online and was abused for expecting such a service! Apparently it was too hard to manage online payments (direct debit) since they are a small business. No deposit required on a booking so nothing to hold the booking in place. Seems a strange way to do business in 2014. Then when I asked if my dog could also have his bone in the kennel to assist him to settle into the place, I was told 'we don't give our dogs bones' and Sharon then screamed at me to GET OUT! Someone clearly missed the customer service lesson of business. Will definitely be avoiding the place.
