Terribly overcrowded during peak season (as in 3-4+ dogs in one pen!!!). Not safe or humane. Not happy.
Great place, the staff are fantastic with dogs (and owners), my dogs' tails start wagging as soon as we drive in :)
I left my two dogs here for two nights. Previously I'd always used the K9 centre and they'd not wanted to leave, but they weren't available this time. The pups came back from the sunshine coast pet resort looking upset and not themselves, unlike in the previous kennel used. One had extreme diarrhoea and the other was very uncomfortably constipated. They also within 3 days developed kennel cough. I won't be using them again.
I had these people look after my cat "Tiger" while I Holidayed. The last place my Tiger stayed (a year ago) he refused to eat and was very clingy after he got home. NOT THIS TIME. These people really know their stuff. Happy Tiger = Happy owner. I’ll certainly use the Pet Resort again.
