Our beagle puppy Jersey recently stayed at Abbeyards and we were SO impressed. Wendy and the team are absolutely delightful and you can tell immediately they are genuinely super passionate about animals. We were a bit nervous about the whole kennel thing, but called several vets who recommended Abbeyards (as they have never seen dogs/cats with any health complaints after staying there), so made the choice to go with them. They took excellent care of her and we would have no hesitation leaving her there again. They sincerely love animals and gave our girl lots of cuddles - and a nice bath before she came home. Definitely highly recommend them :)

'Chocolate' had her first sleep over last night & loved it. As she is a young abandoned dog that we bought from AWL only a few months and had been through a lot of trauma - we were worried about sending her to a kennel after she had just recovered from her ordeals. However after seeing the facilities and speaking with the owners - we left Chockie there quite confident that she would be okay. We picked her up this morning and I don't think she wanted to leave. She was all shinny and clean and smelled lovely, her tail was wagging, ears were up and she is still very happy. We've decided to call Abbeyards her DOGGIE DAY SPA. She'll be back soon for a visit. Thanks to Chris, Wendy and everyone. Fantastic place with fantastic service.

We never thought that we would leave our new little puppy with anyone but Abbeyards made it easy. We could tell Juke our little beagle was well looked after and he smelt better than what we left him. Great service and would happily recommend their services to friends and family... well done!

We were so happy with the way our little man (Jack Russell) was treated at Abbeyards. He is treated as one of the family at home and was so happy when we went to pick him up m not sure if he actually wanted to leave..ha ha. We would have no hesitations in taking him back there again. We find the big test is the next day if he is out of routine at home but he has slipped back to his normal routine and we have had no issues like early morning wake ups or wanting meals when he shouldnt be wanting them. So thank you very much for looking after our little man. We will be back again!!

I am a very frequent traveller and send my two dogs off to Abbeyards when I am away. I know they get great attention, great meals and love being there. I would and do recommend them to all other pet lovers.
