My German Shepherd has stayed here several times and comes home happy and stress free (unlike other places he has stayed). I feel much more relaxed while I'm away as I know they are taking great care of him and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. He has a special diet and it is never any trouble for them.

I have used this pet motel on many occasions but will not ever again. Recently I rang to book my dog in for July when I was told to F...k off. There was no reason for this language apart from the fact that I had told the man I was hung up on my first attempt to make the reservation. He said he couldn't hear me and instead of saying Hello a few times just hung up. Later when I rang to complain how I had been treated the woman didn't seem at all interested. I told her I would not be returning. It seems customer satisfaction at this place is not a priority.
