Nothing but praise for Marie and Frazer. My cat Simon spent 3 months with them and came home looking as good if not better than new. Frazer is amazing when it comes to diagnosing old cranky cats and Marie knows that cat mummies get upset and fretful. Love the place. Not going to anyone else. Simon says so too

Wonderful team at Red Hill recently treated my toy poodle Charlie and then my Russian blue cat Rudy who both unfortunately passed away within seven weeks of one another. Fraser, Stephanie and the front of house team all contributed to my pets care over the fraught and painful months and were compassionate and considerate and went the extra mile with their care. Would I use them again? I'd bet the life of my cranky-old-man-cat Charlie on it...in a heart beat. After a particularly horrible experience at another vet, I arrived at this surgery a teary mess with my very sick cranky-old-man-cat Charlie. From the moment I met Marie and Fraser I felt immediately at ease. Not only was the whole process from start to end fully consultative, but they didn't make me feel stupid for fretting about my little man as if he were a human member of my family. The whole team was amazing. They were compassionate, but honest in their recommendations regarding Charlie's care, but more importantly they supported my decisions in planning his care - even when these were not in line with their recommendations. Charlie is alive and well - and as cranky as ever - thanks to this amazing team. I cannot thank, or recommend them enough.
