Overall Excellent I have been a client for 25 years at the Salisbury Vet Surgery. All care given to my animals has always been of the highest standard. They have a family atmosphere and treat owners and their pets like family friends, not just another number. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

My mum and I have been bringing our beloved pets to this clinic for more than 20yrs and will never go to any other vet! Having been in the clinic at the time to pick up our cat after him having life saving surgery when the injured pug was brought in, I am able bare witness that during our extended 20 - 30 minute wait while he was being treated, all the staff in attendance immediately downed tools and rushed to assist Dr John in trying to do the very best they could to help the injured dog. To say that this clinic values money over care could not possibly be further from the truth and are clearly the words of someone who actually wasn't there!!!! The staff at Salisbury vet clinic have always displayed great professionalism and enormous respect and compassion towards all of their clients whether they have four legs or two and I never hesitate in recommending this wonderful clinic and it's owner to all my pet/animal loving family and friends!!!!

My family and I have been coming to this vet for a few years now, One example was for when my girlfriend's dog was put to sleep due to kidney failure. Dr John was nothing but professional and compassionate through the whole process and showed great respect for us and poor Zoe. We also have had 2 of our beautiful cats checked up and treated various conditions ranging from Ticks to Bladder problems. All the staff at Salisbury Vet clinic have displayed a professional manner while maintaining client empathy. I and my family would like to say a huge THANK YOU! to the team at this wonderful vet clinic for how much they have cared. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've been taking our pets to Salisbury Vetinary Surgery for several years. This has included three Golden Retrievers a West Highland White Terrier and several cats. My wife and I would not take our pets to any other vetinary practice while John Wright is in charge of this practice. John and his staff have always provided us exceptional service. I'm sorry for the family that has lost their dog in tragic circumstances.I can only presume that the posting that has been made was done so while they have been still very upset. I would urge anyone requiring professional vetinary care to go to these people before anyone else.
