We highly recommend MidTown Pet Centre. We have a cat 'Possum' and dog 'Ellie' who have holidayed at MidTown a number of times over the past 2 years. Brian and Sam, plus additional staff, take excellent care of all their guests in a professional and caring manner. It certainly gives us peace of mind knowing our 4 legged kids are in such safe hands! When they come home, they are clean, in excellent health and happy. Thanks guys!

Thank you Brian and Sam for taking such excellent care of Bella for the past 5 weeks, especially as she suffers from separation anxiety. It is always such a load off my mind knowing Bella cannot escape your premise and that you take her for walks, play fetch with her and give her the cuddles & the attention she requires. Eight + years ago I first used Mid Town Pet Centre on the recommendation of a neighbour. Every year since, whenever I go away Bella comes back to you because Bella clearly loves you both and always comes home happy.

I can not say enough about what an outstanding business Sam and Brian run. From the first phone call, to the inspection and the eventual drop off and pick up they both were an absolute delight to deal with and put me at ease every step of the way. My two schnauzers had never been to away care largely due to being such different characters - a 7 year old boy who lives for his walks and a rather difficult nature and a 4 year old girl with princess tendencies. Not only did MidTown handle them with ease they kept me updated with pics whilst I was away and I returned home with 2 very happy and healthy pups who fitted right back into home life as if they had never been away. Awesome service and love love love that I have the ability now to plan going away without worrying about the rest of my family.

My little Maltese x Shih Tzu Bonnie has been boarding with Mid Town Pet Centre for about 5 years now. We had taken her other places prior to being recommended to Mid Town and cannot be more pleased now when we have to leave her. I am so happy with this family run, but very professional pet resort that I would happily recommend them to anybody with a small dog like mine. As Bonnie is small and spoilt inside dog, she is anxious around other dogs, so I feel very comfortable with the fact that she can have her own boarding space! I like the fact that they are consistent with checking dietary requirements and making sure that each dog is up to date with vaccinations, and giving them some play and walk time too. I miss her so much when I am away but every time I return she comes back clean, stress free and exhausted from having a great time! :)

Sam & Brian looked after my dog for me while I was on holidays, problem is when I got back my dog Mahlow did not want to leave!!! Thanks very much for looking after a member of my family so well.
