My healthy and happy dog came home from a week at this kennel with diarrhea and then started vomiting. He was scared and timid! We had our vet at the house who had to give him an injection to stop the nausea and antibiotics. He had clearly picked up an infection. He had lost a lot of weight! Clearly my dog was not cared for correctly, although the staff failed to call us and let us know that our dog was not eating and was not coping well. Will never use this kennel again!!

Our two young rotties recently had a holiday at the Pet Chalet at Brookfield. They were in great condition when we returned from our overseas trip. They were obviously cared for very well and we'd like to thank the staff for their dedication and care. When the staff realised that our two dogs liked cuddling up with each other to sleep, they arranged a larger bed. I mentioned that they sleep on a doona at home so they also arranged a doona for them to sleep on. Something else that I found comforting, was that the carers at the Chalet were very familiar with our dog's VET. I knew if there were any problems while we were away, that our dogs were in good hands. Thank you again, I recommend your Chalet and our two beautiful dogs will holiday with you again in the future.

Jazz, my little Chihuahua X, has just had her second stay at the chalet. She is so happy when she runs down to me from the kennels. Her little legs can't run fast enough. I just know she's had a great time. Her tail doesn't stop wagging till we get home. I am so pleased I have found a wonderful place to board her - It gives me such peace of mind to know that she's totally looked after by animal loving people just like me.

I left my two beagles Shamus & Misty at the Pet Chalet recently - having not boarded at a kennel before I was apprehensive to say the least at how they'd find the experience. Greeted with a big smile by the lovely lady in reception, my anxiety was soon quashed... the pups were both wagging their tails, said hello to the staff who were more than willing to recieve such enthusiastic kisses. Peace and mind on my holiday? Absolutely. Our babies came back clean, dry, and smelling fantastic - and most of all they were in wonderful spirits. I recommend this service to anyone and everyone who values their pet, and compared to a lot of other strict and expensive kennels I looked into this trumps the lot.

I own a 12 year old gold Lab and because of her age, I was loath to leave her in a boarding kennel. As other pet owners with know, leaving your baby at any time can be very stressfull. My vet told me about the Pet Chalet. I was very impressed with the look of the place when I arrived with Jess. The staff put me at ease straight away about leaving her there. Jess was a very happy girl when I went to pick her up. They even told me that she was put in a "pensioner" play group to go out in the exercise yard. I am so pleased I have found a wonderful place where I know Jess will be well taken care of.
