I had my dog groomed in at the Best Friends store out of Geebung/Virginia store. I have always heard great things about there grooming etc. I had dropped my dog off at the store to get groomed, I returned 2 hours latter to get my dog however I was a little early and they were still grooming my dog. So I stood back and watched a lady groom my dog. as I was watching my dog over a course of 5 mins I would of seen him yelp and scream 15 times as this lady wasn't showing any due care with my dog. I made sure my dog was clean and had no knots so that this would make it easier for them to groom him. This woman had no care for animals and looked like she only turned up to work for a pay check. I told the lady to stop what she was doing and I told her to hand my dog over to me and I would get him finished somewhere else. the manager approached me to try and calm me down and was telling me its ok and that im NOT the customer and my dog is the customer and he deserves to get his groom complete.... yes by another company. I did end up taking him somewhere else and im happy with the service. That was my experience with them and wont use them again.

Great people, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been getting my poodle clipped there for 2 years now and find it affordable, great quality and true care for the animals...I can't recommend them strongly enough....

Very helpful staff. I have been getting my dog groomed there and everytime they do a fantastic job! My dog comes out very relaxed and happy. Plus as a VIP member the price ends up being the cheapest Ive found. Even though Ive moved to the other side of the city im still going there to get my dog groomed. Highly recommended if your after a groomer!
