My cat Missy recently stayed here for 12 days. In my opinion she received excellent care and was very well looked after. I was apprehensive about whether or not she would get brushed (based purely on other boarding experiences at different catteries). When I seen Missy she looked bright eyed and bushy tailed and certainly felt like she was brushed everyday. She was as well looked after in that time as I would have looked after her myself in my opinion. I was very impressed. They also gave me her toilet, food and behavioral habits in the time I was gone. Which was refreshing to hear, as she is normally handed back to me at other places and that is it. The place seemed very clean and the staff where friendly and experienced. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you!

Took our dog in for minor issues and they pushed to take out baby teeth that would fall out themselves and to give antibiotics. Totally over service to rip people off. Don't go there.

The front desk and the nurses were lovely. Dealt with a Vet named Kat she was terrible. Felt like my pet was mistreated. Came in for a teeth cleaning which was quoted about $350, ended up needing one tooth out which made the final cost $900 was quoted this over the phone while my pet was asleep and was only given one treatment option. When picking my pet up the Vet did not speak to me. Found this to be very unprofessional would never go back to her again.

We have attended Pet Universe for 10 years with our dogs. Unfortunately one died suddenly when he was only six (the support we received at this time was exceptional); the other is nearly 15 and 'visits' each month for her grooming. Chris Lee (Vet) has explained all treatments and costs before any treatments over the years and spent time answering any and all our questions before we made informed decisions on treatment. All vets we have seen at both clinics have shown the same respect for us and our pets. Nursing and Grooming staff show care and affection to our pets and instead of them feeling nervous and frightened when visiting a Vet, look forward to the experience. We highly recommend Pet Universe from our personal experience.

We have been taking our cats to Pet Universe since it started and have been looked after wonderfully. I have no complaints at all. Dr. Lee and the associate Vets have been very informative and thorough with my cats visits. I have also taken wild birds who were injured and they have taken them and tried to help with recovery. The staff especially Lauren are very helpful, pleasant and courteous and I would recommend them for your animal health and well being as they care.
