Although we have been attending Dr Burke's practice for one appointment only (emergency appointment for our dog after "someone else" could not be bothered assessing/treating an old dog) we were very impressed with his service, his pet orientated and caring manners, his interest in both the dog’s physical problems and emotional health/distress including the owners ability to care for a sick dog, his ability to communicate his assessment and treatment options very clearly etc. Dr Burke was able to adopt a flexible approach in order to help us caring for a sick old dog rather than choosing the easier and quick option of euthanizing our dog immediately. We felt very comfortable and are pleased that Dr Burke has agreed to take on our dog as his new patient but also our other pets we are having.

One of the nicest people I know. Both he and Gillian are caring and helpful people in times of stress and need. Sally
