If you don"t have time to see the animal, don't take the appointment. These guys are clowns. They have four or so clinics around Adelaide because they know how to make money. And not give a crap about your pet. All the advice they gave me is something I'll get a second opinion on ($700 de-sexing for a 9 year old dog?). Go somewhere else.
