My beautiful Pointer Molly reached 16 and a half, but it came to when I felt her quality of life had deteriorated. I took her to the clinic for assessment, which was very thorough and professional. We agreed that her time had come, and so she was euthanased. It was very peaceful , dignified, kind and compassionate - Mark and his staff were so caring and supportive. Losing a best friend after so many years is very hard but I can recommend the Mackie Family Pet Health Centre as offering the very best in caring veterinary services. Thank you Mark and staff. I can honestly say, that I've never used this Vet Clinic for my precious animals. Nor am I likely to, now. One can get a pretty good idea of the standard of a place, by the level of professionalism (or lack thereof), demonstrated by their staff towards potential customers. Very shabby. April 2013
