We have been using Cats Conservatory for 5 years now, they have always delivered exceptional service. Our cat Illy really enjoys her stay. It truly is a cat resort! We would be lost without them.

My cat, Roxy, has just spent nine weeks with the Cats Conservatory whilst my family returned to England. Having used various other catteries around Melbourne, for the odd weekend, I had supposed that Cat Conservatory would be the bog - standard "cat in a pen, fed daily, stroked occasionally". WRONG! The cats obviously have their own unit but each unit is filled with hand-crafted wooden climbing towers, scratching posts, toys, beds, and rugs. Each pen overlooks a court yard area which is filled with cat toys, cat tunnels, a paddling pool (!)...every day each cat gets their turn to roam around the court yard, stretch their legs and go and have a nosy at the other guests. There is also a special unit complete with a television and comfy bed, which all cats take turns to snuggle up in. Katie, one of the owners, e-mailed me constantly with updates on how Roxy was doing and sending me gorgeous photos. Nine weeks without Roxy was such a long time, but we knew that Kaite and Laura were spoiling her rotten. Roxy arrived off her Melbourne flight, to the UK, this morning. She flew out of her cage and greeted us enthusiastically. This is surely due to the massive amount of care and attention that she received over the past two months whilst in Cats Conservatory. I would recommend this cattery to anyone, the levels of service are superb. Thank you!

Incredible place. Huge cages and really great people looking after your cat makes for a very happy holiday. My cat has never come home from boarding so relaxed and happy. I can't recommend them highly enough.
