I have survived the GFC in competition with large retail giants on the basis of exceptional customer service but rarely do I find another business with the same ideology. David (junior - sorry) has surpassed even my own dedication to solving the customer's problems at hand and sacrificing the cost if need be. Added to that the latest in contemporary veterinary science and follow up care often free of charge. Had a lot of veterinary experience due to moving around and a CRF dog so I have a good idea of a good vet and Cheltenham Vet Clinic is the best by far.

The vets, David S. and David W., along with the vet nurses have been absolutely wonderful to my Archie and Ripley. Archie, a roguish little Cairn, has decided on multiple occasions to swallow things, get coughs, or get infections that have needed treatment. Likewise Ripley, a louche tortoiseshell cat, has thought that getting sick or having problems with her teeth would brighten up her days and mine. Both of them have received amazing care here. Not only are pets well taken great care of but also owners- I've always had everything explained clearly to me, and any concerns I've had about Archie and Ripley's health have been checked out and taken care of. Everyone is very friendly and you never feel as if though they're rushing to get you out, or that you have to re-explain the history of your pet..There's a great puppy pre-school also run here (not that Archie paid any attention), and the vet nurses are terrific help over the phone if you just need to ask a question about pet care. Very highly recommend.

Cheltenham Veterinary Clinic is just fantastic! Lovely vets who really care about your pets. Helpful and friendly nurses. Cant recommend them highly enough. Convenient location just over the road from Southland Shopping Centre. Thanks guys!

We have been taking our two dogs to this clinic for 3 years now and would highly recommend it! The vets there are extremely helpful and provide an honest and friendly service. The vet nurses are lovely and always give our pups lots of cuddles and treats when we go in. Very reasonably priced also. Great clinic.

Cheltenham Vet has been our dog's vet for over a year. The two David's (the vets) are friendly and very helpful. They are located next to Southland Shopping Centre and are well priced and have convenient opening hours.
