Great experince. Lovely nurses on the phone and in person who helped me and answered all my questions. I have been here many times with my pets and seen all vets over the years. They are all knowledgeble and friendly. Highly recommend taking your pet to Animal Care Cranbourne.

Worst experience of my life. My poor kitten was killed by the "vet" named Sandeep Kaur, while performing a simple desexing. Worst of all she showed absolutely no empathy at all. The vet I spoke to the night before, and the vet nurse were both beautiful, sadly the vet was unable to perform the surgery and we were stuck with one incompetent woman . My poor kitten is and will always be greatly missed.
