Highly recommended, the staff were all caring, compassionate and definitely knew what they were doing, they were great when it came to explaining how everything would happen and they also did not pressure us to do anything that we did not feel comfortable doing.
Humorous, personable and informative without being patronizing. Dr Shortt was amazing and I recommend highly. Our new kitten was in safe hands, gave a discount 'just because'. =)
