I love this vet clinic. Have been taking my two dogs here for the past 4 years or so. There are a few different vets and all of them are lovely, very caring. This is definitely a clinic with a philosophy of 'caring for animals', not 'making as much money as we can off each sucker who walks through the door'. They are incredibly cheap compared with other vet clinics I've been to closer in to the city. For example, my dog had surgery for a huge abscess in his chest (developed from a grass seed we think) - they were in his chest for two hours trying to find the grass seed culprit and cleaning it all out - with medication and everything it was under $300. I was expecting something like $1000 (no, I don't have pet insurance - gave it up when it never paid out on anything). I have to choose between a 4 and 5 star - would give this a 4.5 if I could. The only downfall to the clinic is that their reception system is really annoying. There is almost always a huge queue and you have to stand around in a line with your pet(s) for up to 20 minutes, to let them know you are there for your appointment and then again when you go to pay. The queue fills up half the waiting room, people are in the way of each other and the door, my dogs are trying to suss out all the other pets and it's all a bit of a mess. They should really have a number system or something. Otherwise, fantastic place.

It was my first time here. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I came here to get my dog speyed and the staff provided me with invaluable advice. My dog was treated well and the overall experience was very pleasant. Keep up the great work guys.

Very professional and friendly service. I was recommended this by a long time resident of Craigieburn as I'd only moved to Highlands. I was very impressed. The front staff are great, the vet is friendly and caring and I can tell loves his job. High applause!

It can be tricky to find a vet clinic where they know how to treat rats. Pricing was good, vet very friendly.

I recently took my puppy to get spayed and microchipped and this practice looked after her. They were the best priced service as I called around and I couldnt be happier. Now to stop the dog from scratching the stitches !!!!
