Personal service by staff who remember your animal's name as much as they remember yours. When my cat had an operation there, I was updated throughout the day on her progress and when picked her up and she was happy and not at all stressed. Couldn't ask for more. As a small practice, you're treated like a person with a loved pet, rather than a client with a problem.

I've been going to this vet for 8 years. Always found them to be helpful, professional and personal. Dr Jane and any associates have always been fantastic. I've only ever, in 8 years (with 3 pets) had positive experience. Rhiannon the vet nurse is particularly fabulous - always caring with pets and their owners.Just recommended them to friends.

Ripped us off to no end! Charged twice what we were quoted for a simple vaccination, we asked that our dog not be wormed as we had a complete treatment for that at home which they ignored and did anyway - and charged us quite the fee for it of course. Charged over $60 for an ear treatment that retails at $30 and another $30 for looking in the ear... We will find a better Vet, that cares about the animals and not just milking as much money as possible from their owners.

Very good vet - highly recommended for excellent friendly, personal and friendly service.
