Starting right from my initial phone call to book an appointment, Advanced Vetcare deserve 5 stars and i'd give them more if i could. Everybody I have dealt with there have gone above and beyond.....I am very happy. My dog had seizures, and we made an appointment to find out what was going on. She, as a rule, does not like vets at all....but she liked Lydia. A lot. Lydia was just wonderful with her, and also with us. She was thoroughly checked over and treatment options were explained to us in great detail; nothing was forced upon us and all costs were explained and adhered to. We decided to book her in for a MRI and, once again, she was well looked after by Amanda. I have since been in touch to ask for the treatment options again as i'd forgotten and i received a detailed reply within 1/2 hour. I cannot fault Advanced Vetcare in any way. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Vetcare. I sincerely hope they read this so i can take the opportunity (yet again) to thank them so very much. From front desk to the medical team, I could not ask for better service. Thank-you Advanced Vetcare.

SAVED OUR DOGS LIFE!!! Our 5yo Blue-heeler Rex was taken into their ICU and given the emergency medical attention he needed. Highly recommend Advanced Vetcare. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and compassionate... It could give the Epworth Private Emergency Dept a run for its money!!! :) A very big THANK-YOU to Jacqui and the amazing team. Words cannot explain how greatfull we are that Rexy is back at home and on the mend to his usual self.
