An extremely disappointing experience. The vet who was on duty on the Sunday at the Sturt St clinic was incapable of providing any form of diagnosis, quite obviosuly lacked experience and demonstrated no passion or control over the situation.. Only after continual prompting would she seek advice from an off duty vet. She did not provide any care options and it was only after conducting our research and phoning our relative who is a vet that we discovered alternate care options available at the Werribee hospital. Our experience at this clinic which resulted in the loss of our dog was completely disheartening and we will not return.

Very grateful to the professional and caring response of the lovely staff at the Ballarat Veterinary Practice who came to rescue of my injured dog at very short notice. It was such a relief that all the necessary care and surgery could be provided locally and our beloved girl has been restored to full health. We shall be back -
