Receptionist is rude. Has a terrible abrupt uncaring attitude. I was already stressed caging and getting there with skittish cat. Tried to start an argument multiple times making inappropriate remarks. Refused to take 11 day stay for 2 cats. I responded inappropriately. She continued to goad. Needs proper training. Would't want her taking care of my cats. Have decide to book elsewhere. No longer trust this unstable personality so won't take the risk of her caring for my cats unsupervised after being treated like this.

The care and quality of treatment given by the staff at Glen Iris Vet Hospital on a recent emergency visit prompted me to write this review. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to care for your beloved furry family members. I felt they were caring and communicative in a stressful situation. Thank you Adam and your staff for looking after Eilish so well.

I recently visited Glen Iris veterinary hospital with my jack russell for a dental check up. The clinic has recently been taken over by a new owner in August 2013, the service Scotty (our dog) received was excellent, the staff cared so much about him, and made sure every little detail was looked after. The new clinic looks great, very clean, with very professional equipment. We will definitively go again, the staff was fantastic, making the appointment was easy, and the treatment was done on time and very well.

Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital is fantastic. Sensitive, knowledgable and caring this is a vet I would recommend hands down. As a pug owner I couldn't be happier knowing my dog is being looked after by such a great clinic. From my experience some vets tend to look down on this breed, not here, 'Frida' my pug is completely professionally cared for with no unnecessary discrimination. I hope you guys expand. To be honest I feel Melbourne need more vets like you!
